Email support@pklive.click. Include your PK Live ID, a description and the approximate time of the issue. Screenshots can help, but remove passwords, tokens, private payment details and other people’s personal information.
Privacy, copyright and security
For privacy requests use the subject “Privacy request”. For copyright concerns use “Copyright” and identify the work and content location. For a suspected vulnerability use “Security report”; describe it privately and do not access or copy other users’ data.
Safety reports
Use “Safety report” or “Child safety” as appropriate. Include account or room identifiers and context. Do not attach suspected child sexual abuse material. Contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
