Agreement and eligibility
Effective 23 October 2026. These terms govern PK Live, operated by Nazeer Ahmad, Pakistan. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Community Guidelines. You must be at least 18 and at least the age of majority where you live. You must comply with applicable law. If you disagree, do not use the service.
Your account
Provide accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not impersonate another person, share accounts to evade restrictions or access another person’s account. You are responsible for activity you authorize. Notify support@pklive.click if you suspect compromise.
Live rooms, messages and your content
You retain ownership of your content. You grant PK Live a non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit and display it as needed to operate the features you use, including delivery to your selected audience and moderation. You must have rights and necessary consent for everything you upload or broadcast, including music, video and images of others. This license ends when the content is removed except for permitted retention, copies shared with others and necessary backups. Do not disclose someone’s private information without permission.
Virtual items and purchases
Coins, gifts, VIP styles and other virtual items are digital features, not legal currency, bank deposits or investments. Their availability and uses depend on the app. The public website does not sell coins or accept top-ups. Android digital purchases, when offered, must use the applicable authorized Google Play purchase flow. Do not send payment to personal accounts or WhatsApp contacts claiming to act for PK Live. A transfer feature does not authorize off-platform sales or create a cash-redemption right. Purchase details, pricing and applicable conditions must be shown before a purchase. Refund rights follow applicable law and the relevant store’s policies; nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights.
Hosts, agencies and activities
Any eligible host or agency compensation is separate from ordinary virtual-item balances and subject to applicable verification, agreed program conditions, law and settlement review. A virtual balance alone is not a promise of earnings. Mini-games and rewards must not be used for real-money wagering, unlawful gambling or unauthorized cash conversion. We do not guarantee winnings, income, visibility or an audience. Availability of features may vary.
Prohibited conduct
Do not post sexual exploitation, nudity or prohibited sexual content; threats, hate, harassment or violence; fraud, spam or deceptive offers; copyright infringement; illegal goods or conduct; or content endangering children. Do not manipulate balances, exploit bugs, bypass access controls, collect personal data without permission or disrupt the service. See the Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards for additional detail.
Moderation and appeals
We may investigate reports and restrict content, room access, features or accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance or violations. Serious violations may lead to immediate suspension. We may preserve relevant evidence and cooperate with lawful authorities. To challenge a decision, email support@pklive.click with your account ID and relevant details. Reviews consider available evidence; do not include passwords or OTPs.
Service changes and third parties
We may update features, fix issues or discontinue features. We aim to communicate material changes where practicable. Connectivity, device compatibility and third-party providers may affect service. External services have their own terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the actions of other users.
Account deletion and termination
You may stop using PK Live and request account deletion through the app or our public Delete account page. Deletion is subject to identity verification and necessary cleanup, with limited retention as described in the Privacy Policy. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. We may end access for serious violations or where required by law.
Responsibility and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for indirect losses or user conduct outside our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms are governed by Pakistani law, with disputes generally before competent courts in Lahore, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that apply to you. Contact support first so we can try to resolve an issue.
