Who can use PK Live?
Adults aged 18 or the age of majority in their location, whichever is higher. Some features may depend on device permissions, eligibility and availability.
How do voice party rooms work?
Join a room, chat and take part in the conversation through the available seats. Microphone access is needed to speak. Be considerate, follow room rules and use reporting or blocking if something feels wrong.
Why does a gift or room take time to load?
The first download of media, your connection, device and real-time service availability can affect loading. Larger assets can use more mobile data. A weak connection can interrupt voice or video.
Can I use music in a room?
Only upload or play audio you have permission to use. File availability and playback depend on the app, connection and supported formats. Permission to upload a file does not grant copyright permission.
Can I buy coins on this website?
No. This website does not sell coins, take top-ups or redirect you to personal payment accounts. Use only an authorized in-app purchase flow when available.
How do I report a problem?
Use the available in-app report option or email support@pklive.click. Include your account ID, app version, device, approximate time and a short description. Do not send passwords or OTPs.
How do I delete my account?
Use the Delete account link in the footer for both in-app instructions and a public email request option that does not require logging in.
