Who we are
PK Live is operated by Nazeer Ahmad, Pakistan. This policy covers the PK Live Android application, its supporting services and this public website. For privacy requests, contact support@pklive.click. Effective date: 23 October 2026.
Information we collect
Account information includes your user ID, sign-in details, email or phone number when provided. Profile information includes your display name, photo, biography, country, badges and VIP choices. We process follows, blocks, room participation, online activity and preferences to provide social features.
Content and communications
We process messages, photos, videos, selected files, uploaded music, gifts and other content you submit, with associated participants, timestamps and delivery information. Camera and microphone media are transmitted when you use live or voice features. Live sessions are not automatically recorded by PK Live as a standard feature. Participants may independently capture or share content; do not broadcast sensitive information.
Transactions and technical data
We process virtual-item balances and activity, transaction references, mini-game activity and results, and relevant host or agency records. Where you submit identity or settlement information for an eligible role, we process it for verification and administration. Technical information can include IP address, device and app details, authentication events, connection diagnostics and service logs. We also process support enquiries, reports and moderation records.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; deliver profiles, messages, rooms, media and virtual features; maintain balances and transaction integrity; respond to support; investigate abuse; enforce our terms; and meet legal obligations. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities rely on providing the requested service, legitimate safety and operational interests, legal obligations, or consent for optional permissions and features.
Who can see it
Profile details, public posts and room activity may be visible to other users according to the feature and available settings. Room participants can hear or see media you publish. Messages are shared with their intended recipients. Account email, phone number, identity documents and settlement details are not intended as public profile fields. Authorized personnel may access relevant information for support, security, moderation and legal obligations. We do not promise end-to-end encryption.
Service providers and disclosures
We use Google Firebase for services such as authentication, databases, cloud functions, storage and notifications; LiveKit for real-time media; Cloudinary for supported media uploads and delivery; and Cloudflare R2 for music storage and delivery. This website is hosted through Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Google Play may process in-app purchases when available. Providers process information needed for their services, potentially in other countries. We may disclose information when legally required, to address threats or fraud, or in a lawful business transfer with appropriate notice. We do not sell personal information.
Permissions and website data
Camera, microphone, photo/media or file access are requested for the features that need them. You can decline or change permissions in your device settings; the related feature may then be unavailable. Notification controls are available through device and supported app settings. This public website does not request camera or microphone access and does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and request/security logs and set necessary security cookies to deliver and protect it. Sending email shares your email and message with us and email service providers.
Retention and deletion
We retain account information and content while needed to provide your account and requested features. You may request account deletion in the app or through our public Delete account page. After verification, deletion is processed through a cleanup workflow, including a manual ownership and provider-media review before permanent cleanup. Acceptance of a request does not mean cleanup has already finished. Restricted transaction, security, abuse, dispute or legally required records may remain for the period needed for that purpose; we assess retention against the obligation or unresolved issue and remove or anonymize data when no longer necessary. Shared messages or records involving others may remain where needed to protect their rights. Backup copies may persist until the provider’s backup cycle expires and are not used for ordinary account access. We can explain applicable retention when handling your request; no indefinite active account is kept merely because deletion was requested.
Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, a copy, deletion, objection or restriction of processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email support@pklive.click from your registered address where possible and identify your PK Live account. We may request proportionate verification, but never your password or sign-in OTP. You may also complain to an applicable data protection authority. Blocking, reporting and privacy settings provide additional controls where supported.
Security and international processing
We use access controls and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access and protect information in transit through supported services. No service can guarantee absolute security. Providers and authorized operations may process data outside your country; applicable protections and legal requirements still apply. Report suspected security issues privately to support@pklive.click.
Adults only and policy changes
PK Live is intended for people aged 18 or the age of majority in their location, whichever is higher. If you believe a child has an account, report it to support@pklive.click. We investigate and take appropriate action. We will update this page when practices change and provide additional notice where required. The effective date identifies the current version.
